# Troubleshooting

* If on a Locked-Motherboard Please use UEFI / EFI
* make sure task-schedular are enabled
* Your mainboard is not supported for this version / build (open ticket)

* Enable CSM, Secure-Boot and TPM within your Bios again (only enable for valorant)
* If you are banned when having it enabled, you need to buy a new TPM chip or open a ticket in our discord
